As recent transplants to Tulsa from the OC, we have discovered the Tulsa Penguins, and we are on the hunt!
We would love for others like us to actually find that elusive list of where the birds are hiding.

Black, White, and Read All Over
This guy is inside the library, making it more difficult for vandals to steal him, which unfortunately makes it harder to find (both if they are inside and if they are stolen)!
